circa 1830, with re-browned round 9in. barrel, London proofs, moulded band at breech, solid top-tang, pointed tail radiused lock marked with the E.I.C. 'rampant lion' trademark, walnut full-stock with brass furniture including flat-based grip-cap with central iron lanyard ring, captive iron stirrup ramrod and tension spring mounted in fore-end (lockplate shallow pitted)
